The median income of married families is $69,955.  Over 95% speak English and 1% speak Spanish.  In addition, 75% of Warrensville Heights residents were born in Ohio, 20% were born out of state, and 4% were foreign born.

With five universities within a 30-mile radius, businesses can find a competitive local workforce and labor pool. In 2015, the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine opened a branch on the campus of Cleveland Clinic's South Pointe Hospital for 50 medical students.
