Are there rooms available to rent?: Residents can rent rooms at the Civic Center and the Clubhouse at the Chateaux of Emery Woods. You will need to sign a contract and provide your driver's license and current utility bill as proof of residency.

1. What are the hours of the Civic & Senior Center?: The Center is open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily and closed on major holidays.

2. Do I have to be a resident to join Senior Club?: Yes. The Warrensville Senior Club is limited to residents in Warrensville Heights only.

3. Do I have to be a resident to participate in Civic Center activities?: The majority of our activities are open to both residents and non-residents; if the activity is limited to residents only, it will be stated in the informational materials.

7. What can the rooms be used for?: Rooms can be used for meetings, civic events, receptions, baby or wedding showers, anniversary celebrations etc.

8. What is the address of the Chateaux of Emery Woods Clubhouse?: The clubhouse is located at 4570 Saint Germain Boulevard.
