Yes. We have three census tracts; 1881.04, 1881.05 and 1881.07 which represent 90% of the city parcels. There are development opportunities in the following zones: mixed use, retail, apartment, and commercial, single family and multi-family.
Economic Department or Building Service staff will be able to answer your questions in regard to permitted uses of land. Some uses are permitted 'by right,' which means that no special approvals are needed, while others may be 'conditionally permitted.'
